ARTICULO 21 . De la posibilidad de delegar funciones . El Jefe del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República podrá delegar en el Subjefe, la función de ordenación del gasto, el cual a su vez podrá delegar en otros funcionarios del Departamento, la ejecución de procedimientos y trámites administrativos.
