ARTICULO 7o . De las consejeras y secretarías . Las Consejerías del Presidente de la República están encargadas de asistir al Presidente en el ejercicio de sus funciones constitucionales y legales. Las Secretarías de la Presidencia de la República prestarán el apoyo institucional y administrativo que requiera el Presidente de la República para el cabal ejercicio de sus atribuciones.
