Estudio de seguridad . Previa la expedición del acto administrativo de nombramiento en período de prueba, para la provisión de los empleos de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, Aerocivil, se efectuará al seleccionado un estudio de seguridad de carácter reservado, que de resultar desfavorable será causal para que no se efectúe el nombramiento y sea excluido de la lista de elegibles.
