Los miembros principales y suplentes de la Junta Directiva podrán ser removidos libremente en cualquier tiempo por la Asamblea General de Accionistas, pero no podrán hacerse renovaciones parciales de principales y/o suplentes sin proceder a nueva elección de unos y otros en su totalidad, salvo que se designen, unos u otros, por unanimidad.
