Realizado el concurso, quienes ingresen al servicio serán nombrados en período de prueba y quienes hubieren prestado el servicio, en situación distinta de provisionalidad, serán designados en propiedad sin período de prueba, siempre y cuando se trate del mismo escalafón. Quienes obtengan calificaciones satisfactorias durante el período de prueba y no tuvieron sanciones disciplinarias, serán nombrados en propiedad.
