En la calificación de antecedentes la experiencia judicial tendrá valoración preponderante, según escala de puntaje que establezca el Consejo Superior de la Administración de Justicia. Realizado el concurso y en igualdad de resultados, se designará al inscrito en la carrera; en su defecto, a quien encuentre en el servicio. Si se presenta empate entre personas ajenas al servicio, la designación será discrecional.
