APLICACION DE LOS RECURSOS. Las personas que reciban financiación con recursos de los fondos, solamente podrán aplicarla a gastos de inversión representados en estudios de exploración o factibilidad o en activos tangibles incorporada o destinados a la explotación minera o al beneficio, fundición transformación, transporte y embarque, de minerales. En ningún caso podrá dedicarse, directa o indirectamente a cubrir gastos ordinarios de funcionamiento.
