ACUEDUCTO. El aprovechamiento industrial de las aguas y corrientes de uso público o de uso privado al que tiene derecho el minero no requiere permiso o concesión especial, pero sólo podrá ejercitarlo en las condiciones y con las limitaciones previstas en el Código de Recursos Naturales Renovables y de Protección del Medio Ambiente y en los reglamentos del mismo.
