DURACION. TERMINACION DEL CONSORCIO. El consorcio tendrá la duración que acuerden sus integrantes pero en todo caso terminará a la expiración del título minero para cuya ejecución se hubiere formado. Se procederá a la terminación del contrato de consorcio y por tanto a su liquidación en los siguientes eventos: 1) Por el cumplimiento de la explotación minera derivada de los títulos obtenidos o por la imposibilidad de desarrollar tal actividad; 2) Por vencimiento del término de duración del titulo, y 3) Por decisión unánime de los consorciados.
