OBLIGACIONES DE LOS CONSORCIADOS. El título minero otorgado a las personas naturales o jurídicas no se entenderá otorgado a la organización consorcial que hubieren formado y ningún término o condición pactados entre ellas afectará la indivisibilidad de las obligaciones emanadas del título y la solidaridad de las mismas, frente a la administración. El acuerdo consorcial sólo será oponible a terceros conforme a las reglas del derecho común. Las disposiciones relativas al consorcio se tomarán con el voto favorable de todos los consorciados. En los casos de separación y exclusión de un consorciado, la participación de éste incrementará proporcionalmente a la de los otros.
