Indicar, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo tercero del presente decreto la destinación de los recursos y el orden de prioridades conforme al cual serán atendidos los objetivos del Fondo frente a las disponibilidades presupuestales del mismo, existentes en cada caso.
