Servicio de la deuda. La Nación podrá pagar el servicio de la deuda de las operaciones de crédito público que se celebren para financiar el estado de excepción declarado mediante el Decreto 4580 de 2010, con los recursos que se recauden con ocasión de los tributos creados en el presente decreto.
