°. Contratos de Estabilidad Jurídica. De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 11 de la Ley 963 de 2005, el impuesto al patrimonio y la sobretasa creados en el presente decreto no podrán ser objeto de contratos de estabilidad jurídica, en consecuencia todos los contribuyentes deberán liquidar y pagar estos tributos de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
