Para los efectos del artículo 9° del presente decreto se regirá por el Ministerio una circular al procurador General de la Nación, y a los Fiscales de los Tribunales de Distrito Judicial, para que rinda un informe o relación de los juicios sobre bienes ocultos en curso a la fecha de la expedición de este decreto, informe que seguirán pasando semestralmente los Fiscales al Procurador General, a fin de que este funcionario los envíe al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
