°. Antes de sesenta días contados de acuerdo con los artículos 59 y 60 del Código Político y Municipal, desde la fecha en que se registe el poder otorgado por la Nación, deberá el contratista iniciarlas correspondientes acciones, a fin de obtener el reconocimiento de los derechos a favor del Estado, bajo la pena de caducidad administrativa del contrato, y de la pérdida de la suma total de la fianza con que haya asegurado sus obligaciones a favor del Tesoro Nacional.
