º. Los Delegados Presidenciales que se designen para vigilar las elecciones populares y sus escrutinios, tendrán derecho a viáticos a razón de quince pesos ($ 15) diarios, y a gastos de transporte, cuando tengan necesidad de trasladarse del Municipio de su residencia a aquel adonde deban ejercer sus funciones.
