La. Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor,reconocerá personería jurídica únicamente a las asociaciones que se conformen con un mínimo de 25 asociados, ya sean personas naturales o jurídicas, titulares de los derechos reconocidos por la Ley 23 de 1982, que pertenezcan a una misma actividad, tales como autores de obras literarias, pictóricas, musicales, interpretes de obras musicales, literarias (actor-artista) y productores de obras cinematográficas y de videogramas, entre otros.
