º Disponibilidades en moneda legal. Cuando el pago del excedente se efectúe en moneda legal colombiana o se realice la conversión de los recursos de moneda extranjera en moneda legal, los recursos respectivos podrán ser invertidos por la Tesorería General de la República en títulos de deuda pública o emitidos por el Banco de la República denominados en moneda legal o moneda extranjera.
