°. Socios. La sociedad tendrá inicialmente como único socio a la Nación Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio. Se autoriza para que se vinculen como socios en etapa posterior a la constitución de la sociedad, otras entidades del orden nacional que tengan la propiedad o posesión de predios sobre el área del proyecto o que, sin tenerla, decidan participar del capital de la sociedad a fin de vincular sus sedes en dicha área.
