del artículo 1° del citado Decreto 1285, de los cuales conocerán la justicia ordinaria.

De los delitos a que se refiere el inciso 2° del artículo 1° del Decreto 1406 de 1948, como en él dispuso conocerá la Justicia Penal Militar.
