La Intendencia De Telégrafos, De Acuerdo Con Los Datos Que Mensualmente, Le Suministrarán, Por Telégrafo, Las Respectivas Agencias De La Misma Intendencia, Liquidará Y Enviará A La Caja De Auxilios El 2 Por 100 Del Producto Bruto De Telégrafos, Junto Con La Liquidación Respectiva

La Intendencia de Telégrafos, de acuerdo con los datos que mensualmente, le suministrarán, por telégrafo, las respectivas Agencias de la misma Intendencia, liquidará y enviará a la Caja de Auxilios el 2 por 100 del producto bruto de telégrafos, junto con la liquidación respectiva.

Parágrafo

Este pago se hará antes del día último del mes siguiente al cual se refiere, y si para entonces alguna, o algunas oficinas no hubieren rendido sus cuentas, el producto de ellas será liquidado y reconocido en el mes que se rindan.
