ARTICULO 103. Reparación del daño y prevalencia de la obligación. El hecho punible origina obligación de reparar los daños materiales y morales que de él provengan. Esta obligación prevalece sobre cualquiera otra que contraiga el responsable después de cometido el hecho y aún respecto de la multa.
