Por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, podrá suspenderse el término del permiso de estudio mientras tal situación subsista. Una vez desaparezcan las causas que generaron la suspensión, se le restituirá al titular del permiso que incluirá el tiempo que le faltaba para completar el plazo otorgado inicialmente, siempre que el interesado haya dado aviso a la Corporación, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la ocurrencia de la fuerza mayor o del caso fortuito.
