Art 3º. La organización de los trabajos encaminados a conservar los caminos de que trata el presente Decreto estará a cargo de los Ingenieros Nacionales de los Departamentos y de los Jefes de Tráfico que el Poder ejecutivo tenga a bien nombrar para organizar este servicio.
