Los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías Y Distrito Especial De Bogotá, Que Aporten Auxilios O Creen Rentas A Favor De Las Juntas Administradoras De Deportes Correspondientes Por Un Monto Mínimo Del 20% Del Presupuesto Anual De La Junta Respectiva Y Durante La Vigencia De Dicho Auxilio O Renta Tendrá Derecho A Elegir Un Miembro En La Junta Administradora De Deportes

º Los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y Distrito Especial de Bogotá, que aporten auxilios o creen rentas a favor de las Juntas Administradoras de Deportes correspondientes por un monto mínimo del 20% del presupuesto anual de la Junta respectiva y durante la vigencia de dicho auxilio o renta tendrá derecho a elegir un miembro en la Junta Administradora de Deportes.

Parágrafo

La elección de los representantes de que trata el presente artículo será hecha por las Asambleas Departamentales o por el Consejo del Distrito Especial, según la entidad que cree la renta u otorgue el auxilio.
