Para el repartimiento de los negocios que respectivamente sustancia cada una de las Salas, se siguen las reglas siguientes:

1ºSe agrupan los negocios por clases;

2ºCada uno de esos grupos se reparte por turno, siguiendo, entre los respectivos Magistrados, el orden alfabético de apellidos;

3ºDe los repartimientos, que deben hacerse por los menos semanalmente, se ha de dejar constancia en uno o más libros;

4ºEn el expediente respectivo se debe poner una nota, con expresión de la fecha del repartimiento y del nombre del Magistrado a quien se adjudica, firmada por el Presidente y el Secretario.
