Apruébase el preinserto contrato con la siguiente modificación:

"Artículo 2°. La duración del arrendamiento será de un año, forzoso para ambas partes, y que podrá prorrogarse en los mismos términos hasta por cinco más, a voluntad del Gobierno. El primer periodo se contara desde la fecha de la aprobación de este contrato."

Dada en Bogotá, a primero de Marzo de mil ochocientos ochenta y siete.
