Para la tasación de esta contribución se entenderá por cupo de cada local o construcción destinado a espectáculos públicos, la capacidad de éste para contener cómodamente determinado número de espectadores sin computar el área del escenario ni de las pistas o vestíbulos, corredores o pasillos de la construcción.
