Las empresas que carezcan de programas regulares de bienestar social y que así lo deseen, harán convenios con las entidades y Cajas de Compensación Familiar que cuenten con la infraestructura profesional y física necesaria para obtener el cabal cumplimiento de sus metas. Las Cajas de Compensación Familiar podrán desarrollar programas abiertos de preparación a la jubilación, destinados a los trabajadores independientes.
