º. Solamente tendrán derecho a gastos de representación, cuando de comisiones al exterior se trate, los Ministros del Despacho, los Jefes de Departamentos Administrativos, los Gerentes, Directores y Presidentes de Establecimientos Públicos y los Jefes de las Delegaciones a Conferencias, ceremonias o reuniones internacionales. El Gobierno en cada caso, determinará si hay lugar o no al otorgamientos de gastos de representación, y en el Decreto respectivo se señalará su cuantía, la cual no podrá ser superior al 75% de lo que le corresponde por viáticos.
