ARTICULO 2º. Créase el cargo de Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares.

Parágrafo

El nombramiento del Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares lo hará libremente el Gobierno escogiendo para tal cargo a uno de los Generales en servicio activo.
