° La autorización conferida por el artículo 1° del Decreto numero 1526, de julio 26 de 1978, se refiere a la suma de cuatro millones de dólares (U S $ 4.000.000) de los Estados Unidos de América o su equivalente en Crías monedas y a un interés fijo máximo del ocho y medio por ciento (8-1/2%) anual sobre saldes deudores, incluidos comisiones y gastos por cualquier concepto.
