ARTICULO 25. División de Asuntos Bilaterales y Multilaterales. Son funciones de la División de Asuntos Bilaterales y Multilaterales, las siguientes: Diseñar estrategias y políticas en cuanto a las relaciones internacionales en materia judicial en el ámbito bilateral y multilateral. Evaluar en forma permanente y adelantar el seguimiento de la ejecución de los compromisos internacionales que en materia judicial haya contraído el país en el ámbito bilateral y multilateral. Diseñar estrategias de negociación en el ámbito de su competencia. Las demás que le sean asignadas conforme a su competencia.
