Articulo 1. Las obligaciones que pueden contraer los Fondos Regionales de Capitalización Social, según lo dispuesto por el artículo 1 del Decreto 1723 de 1973, podrán estar representadas en créditos bancarios o de cualquier otra clase de entidades.
