º Los Distribuidores De Películas Nacionales Y Extranjeras, Así Como Los Directores Y Productores Cinematográficos Colombianos, Deberán Registrarse Ante El Ministerio De Comunicaciones Para Elevar O Tramitar Cualquier Solicitud, Previo El Cumplimiento De Los Requisitos Que Se Determinen

º Los distribuidores de películas nacionales y extranjeras, así como los directores y productores cinematográficos colombianos, deberán registrarse ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones para elevar o tramitar cualquier solicitud, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos que se determinen. Copia de este registro será remitida por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones a la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico - FOCINE -.

Parágrafo

El registro de que trata este artículo tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) años.
