Autorizase al Consejo Nacional de Política Aduanera para otorgar tarifas arancelarias Unctas; conforme a lo dispuesto por el Decreto 3814 de 198 .2, a las maquinas y equipos correspondientes a solicitudes presentadas con anterioridad al 1º de enero de 1984. Las presentadas a partir de cada fecha, se acogeran a lo previsto en el presente Decreto.
