Los Administradores de Hacienda Nacional en los Departamentos, Intendencias o Comisarías, formarán los registros generales de aquellas Circunscripciones con los registros que reciban conforme a lo dispuesto en el ordinal 8º del artículo 15, en cuatro ejemplares, de los cuales conservarán uno en su oficina, y remitirán los restantes, uno a la Junta Central respectiva, otro a la Corte de Cuentas y otro al Ministerio de Hacienda.
