Decreto 2524 de 1994 · por el cual se establece un descuento arancelario específico equivalente para la importación de algunos productos agrícolas

º . Los importadores de maíz amarillo, clasificable por la partida arancelaria 10.05.90.11.00, tendrán derecho a un Descuento Arancelario Específico Equivalente, DAEE, por tonelada que se determinará como se indica a continuación

Se multiplicará el incremento de precios internos, acordado en cada semestre por las cantidades a absorber de sorgo de origen nacional durante el respectivo semestre;

El resultado obtenido en el literal a) se dividirá por el contingente de importación de maíz amarillo con derecho al DAEE, acordado para el correspondiente semestre;

El monto resultante será el Descuento Arancelario Específico Equivalente -DAEE- aplicable a cada una de las toneladas de maíz amarillo con derecho a DAEE a importar durante el respectivo semestre.
