La administración y dirección del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar estará a cargo de un presidente, un vicepresidente, una Junta Directiva, y un Director General con la asesoría de un comité técnico, los cuales ejercerán sus funciones de acuerdo con la competencia y atribuciones que les fijan la ley, los Decretos reglamentarios y los presentes estatutos.
