Adhesión

El Gobierno de cualquier Estado Miembro de las Naciones Unidas o de cualquiera de sus organismos especializados podrá adherirse a este Convenio en las condiciones que el Consejo establezca.

Los instrumentos de adhesión deberán ser depositados en poder del Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas. La adhesión será efectiva desde el momento en que se deposite el respectivo instrumento.
