La inscripción es un acto administrativo en virtud del cual el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito soportándose en un contrato de vinculación habilita a un vehículo para la prestación del servicio público de transporte terrestre automotor de carga, a través de un transportador autorizado.
