Serán Activos Del Patrimonio Autónomo Que Se Constituya, De Conformidad Con Lo Establecido En El Presente Decreto: A) Los Recursos Del Presupuesto General De La Nación Destinados A Fonvivienda, Que Ese Último Transfiera A Título De Aporte Fiduciario De Acuerdo Con Las Facultades Otorgadas Por El Parágrafo 1° Del Artículo 23 De La Ley 1469 De 2011; B) Los Rendimientos Financieros Que Produzcan Los Recursos Fideicomitidos; C) Los Que Aporte Cualquier Persona Natural O Jurídica, A Título Gratuito
