Decreto 2092 de 1986 · Por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los Títulos VI y XI de la Ley 09 de 1979, en cuanto a elaboración, envase o empaque, almacenamiento, transporte y expendio de Medicamentos, Cosméticos y similares

En caso de revisión podrán practicarse análisis en las muestras tomadas y se llevarán a cabo las investigaciones del caso. Si se comprobaren violaciones a las normas legales o reglamentarias o a las condiciones estipuladas en el registro sanitario se impondrán las correspondientes sanciones.

Parágrafo

Ordenada la revisión de un registro el Ministerio de Salud deberá ordenar que este trámite se adelante con prelación sobre cualquier otro asunto. CAPITULO XIII. DISPOSICIONES COMUNES A LOS CAPITULOS ANTERIORES
