Art.76. Aprobadas las proposiciones de arreglo,sedeclarará terminado el concurso, se levantará el embargo de los bienes y se dictarán las providencias conducentes al cumplimiento de lo convenido.

De lo ocurrido en la Junta, ya se aprueben ó nó las proposiciones de arreglo,se extenderá una acta, la que aprobada se firmará por el Juez, el deudor. los areedores presentes y el Secretario.
