Transformación Sustancial

°. Transformación sustancial . Se consideran también bienes nacionales aquellos productos que, no siendo bienes totalmente obtenidos, ni bienes elaborados con materiales nacionales, han sufrido una transformación sustancial. Se entiende que existe una transformación sustancial cuando se cumpla alguno de los siguientes factores

Porcentaje mínimo de Valor Agregado Nacional de conformidad con el artículo 5° del presente decreto.

Proceso productivo sustancial de conformidad con los artículos 6° y 7° del presente decreto.
