ARTICULO 139 . Vigencia y oportunidad del nombramiento de defensor. El nombramiento de defensor, hecho desde la indagatoria o en cualquier otro momento posterior, se entenderá hasta la finalización del proceso. La persona que haya sido legalmente vinculada, cualquiera que sea su situación jurídica, podrá en cualquier momento designar defensor, mediante poder debidamente autenticado ante autoridad competente y dirigido al funcionario respectivo.
