Article 4

Para Garantizar El Cumplimiento De Las Obligaciones A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 3°, Cada Interesado Deberá Firmar Un Compromiso Respaldado Por Una Caución Personal A Favor Del Tesoro Público (Ministerio De Guerra), Que Se Hará Efectiva Por Éste, Cuando Por Parte Del Oficial Se Hayan Violado Los Artículos Pertinentes De La Ley 126 De 1959 O Del Presente Decreto

º Para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones a que se refiere el artículo 3°, cada interesado deberá firmar un compromiso respaldado por una caución personal a favor del Tesoro Público (Ministerio de Guerra), que se hará efectiva por éste, cuando por parte del Oficial se hayan violado los artículos pertinentes de la Ley 126 de 1959 o del presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Para legalizar las condiciones de estudios de que tratan los artículos 1° y 2º se requiere que el compromiso estipulado en el presente artículo sea adoptado por el Ministerio de Guerra, mediante Resolución.
