ARTICULO 3.2.4.3.- GARANTIA DE CUMPLIMIENTO. Como garantía del fiel cumplimiento de las disposiciones de este título y de las reglamentaciones y órdenes emanadas de la Superintendencia de Valores, las bolsas deberán constituir a favor de esta entidad, en calidad de prenda, un depósito en valores de primera clase que devenguen intereses hasta por cincuenta mil pesos, a juicio de la misma.
