Estas comisiones serán constituidas como lo están las similares que ha creado el Departamento Nacional de Higiene, y ejercerán sus funciones: la una, en los Municipios y respectivos Corregimientos de Marroquín, Nunchía, Támara, Moreno, Manare, Paya, Pore, Ten y Sácama; la otra, en los Municipios y Corregimientos de Chámeza, Recetor, Pajarito, Zapatosa, El Mani, La Trinidad y Orocué, y la ultima, o sea la de Arauca, en los Municipios y Corregimientos que constituyen esta Comisaría.
