Incentivos. El demandante en una acción popular tendrá derecho a recibir un incentivo que el juez fijará entre diez (10) y ciento cincuenta (150) salarios mínimos mensuales. Cuando el actor sea una entidad pública, el incentivo se destinará al Fondo de Defensa de Intereses Colectivos.
